In order to provide both ports with up to 190 watts of power output and high data transmission speed to PDs (powered devices) installed in a remote location where sufficient and dependable power input is required, the PLANET IGUP-2205AT Industrial Gigabit Media Converter combines Ethernet media conversion (from 1000BASE-X to 10/100/1000BASE-T) with 802.3bt Power over Ethernet Plus Plus (PoE++) injector function. Its 1000BASE-X fiber optic uplink connector offers a distant core network long-distance, high-speed, robust data transfer. The IGUP-2205AT's unique and practical power system enables two 12–56V DC power inputs for power redundancy and operational flexibility.

The IGUP-2205AT can be used in practically any challenging environment because to its IP30 robust housing and temperature operating range of -40 to 75 degrees C.


The Capability of Fiber-Optic Links Expands the Scope of Network Deployment
